It took six months to actually get someone out to the house to repair the leaky porch roof. It's finally done. New sheathing, shingles, and gutter to replace the box gutter that was essentially a filter and funnel for water to pour out onto the sidewalk in a nice sheet instead of going down the downspout. Of course, the shingles they installed don't match the mansard roof shingles above. Rats.
